The staff were all highly knowledgeable about all things related to their products (craft, sewing, etc), and incredibly well familiarised in the precise location of specific items in the store. The best group of staff I have ever seen in a Spotlight store.

Store is a bit messy like a $1 store or reject shop. Hard to find things since some of the merchandise not properly stored on the shelf. Staff are very helpful though.

As to be expected there is miles of product which is better if you know what you're looking for. It's very hit and miss with the staff, some are ultimately helpful and some roll their eyes as understandably many customers ask the same simple questions over and over again. This is really where you should start for this type of product if you don't find it here it, it's likely to be in a speciality store.

The services and variety of product selection is great but the parking is on the street with ticket. When you compared with other location of them that free parking. Also we need to spend time for selecting.

Hi last Tuesday I went to your store I was unsure what I needed and may have looked a little puzzled.I met a young lady April in the next 20 minutes the person found what I needed was able to tell me how much I would require and got it all ready. This is what I call service always smiling and very helpful . I will be back again with that type of help Thanks April.

If you do not enjoy your place of employment then find something else to do. The staff here are rude and reluctant to assist customers. My advice is to avoid this store.
